ZoneMeetup is an independently published free utility. We provide time-zone comparisons and planning tools; we do not confirm attendance, operate your calendar account or send invitations.
Report an incorrect result
Include the tool name, date, relevant IANA zone identifiers, expected local time, actual result and browser version. For holidays, include country, subdivision, year and an official source if available. Do not send an entire private calendar, participant list or a shared link containing confidential details. Remove personal information from any screenshot.
Find a shared hour
Choose the date and reference city, add places, then adjust each participant’s work hours and weekend. Move the amber cursor or use arrow keys. Check each local date and UTC offset before downloading. Daytime shading uses clock hours, not astronomical sunrise.

Saved teams and downloads
Teams are saved on this device only. Use the JSON export before clearing browser storage or moving to another device. Imported busy calendars are temporary and excluded from shared links and backups. PDF files preserve a designed page layout; printable HTML offers selectable text. An ICS download adds a calendar file; it does not send an invitation or keep itself synchronized.
