Share an event time

Create a link that shows an event in each guest’s chosen time zone, with a live countdown.

Loading your tool…

Create once, read locally

Enter a title, date, organizer zone and time. Choose whether to include an end time and whether the title may be shared. Copy the event link; guests see the same instant in their selected timezone.

An event link stores an instant

The link carries a fixed UTC start, optional elapsed duration and optional title after the URL fragment. It does not send invitations or notify participants. Calendar downloads use that same instant.

Worked example: Kuwait to Tokyo

An event at 18:30 in Kuwait on 15 January 2026 appears as 00:30 on 16 January in Tokyo. With a 60-minute duration, it ends at 01:30 in Tokyo. Both dates are shown so the next-day arrival is clear.

Limitations & sources

Anyone with the link can read the included details. The detected timezone may differ from where a guest intends to attend; they can change it. Future legal timezone changes require rechecking existing links and downloads.
