Compare the whole meeting
Choose a date, reference city, duration and participants. The matrix aligns everyone to the same instant. Amber marks your selection; work-hour bands show the schedules you entered. Adjust individual weekdays, overnight windows or date exceptions.
Every minute counts
The planner evaluates each minute of the full meeting, excluding configured sleep and imported busy intervals. Suggested starts are ranked by the number of fully available participants, then working minutes, then proximity to noon in the reference city.
Worked example: Kuwait and London
On 15 January 2026, 12:00 in Kuwait is 09:00 in London. With 09:00–17:00 work hours in both places and no exclusions, a 60-minute meeting fits. In July, London uses a different offset; always include the date.
Limitations & sources
Schedules are assumptions you can edit, not confirmed attendance. Daytime shading uses 07:00–22:00 clock hours, not sunrise calculations. Holiday calendars are separate. ICS imports remain in this tab; uncertain coverage is marked.
